The Dashboard is your command center — the first thing you see when you open your aircraft in AircraftMX. At the top, your tail number, make and model, serial number, and aircraft photo sit alongside live Hobbs and flight-hour totals that update automatically as you log flights. Below that, a grid of feature widgets gives you a snapshot of every system that matters: timed items, squawks, oil consumption, scheduling, flight logs, VOR checks, logbooks, expenses, equipment, STCs, ADs, and service bulletins.

Preflight Confidence at a Glance

Each widget is designed to surface the information you'd check before a flight. The timed items widget highlights overdue and due-soon maintenance with color-coded status indicators. The squawk widget shows open issues by severity. The oil consumption widget displays your latest reading per engine. The scheduling widget shows who has the airplane next. No drilling into menus — the answers are right there.

Upcoming Maintenance, Front and Center

Below the widgets, a dedicated "Upcoming Timed Items" section lists every inspection and recurring task approaching its due date, sorted by urgency. Overdue items are flagged in red, due-soon items in yellow, and current items in green — giving you an instant preflight confidence check or a clear agenda for your next maintenance visit.

One Source of Truth

For partnerships and multi-pilot operations, every authorized user sees the same live dashboard, so the question "is the airplane ready to fly?" has one answer that everyone trusts. The Dashboard also includes a quick link to generate a full Status Report — a comprehensive summary of your aircraft's maintenance, compliance, and operational status that you can share with your A&P, insurance company, or a prospective buyer.
