Quick and Complete Logging

Logging a flight is quick: enter departure and arrival airports, start and end times, timer values, fuel quantities, number of passengers, and any notes. Tag each flight with a type — personal, business, instruction, rental, maintenance, ferry, or other — for tax, insurance, and usage-tracking purposes. Each flight is timestamped and linked to the pilot who logged it.

Automatic Flight Import

AircraftMX automatically imports flights from FlightData.com (BlueMax), AirSync, and directly from ADS-B data. The system processes each flight and creates log entries with accurate times and routing, saving you from manual entry after every flight. Duplicate detection prevents double-counting when multiple sources are active. Whether you log manually or import automatically, every flight updates your aircraft's running timer totals on the Dashboard and across all time-based maintenance items.

Search and Analyze Your History

The flight log view shows your complete flight history in a sortable list with departure, arrival, date, duration, and flight type. Filter by date range, airport, or flight type to find specific flights or analyze usage patterns. Running totals of Hobbs and flight hours are tracked per aircraft, and for multi-engine aircraft, per engine.
